EDC Direct Invites Have Been Sent

Direct Invites have been selected based on athlete's participation in last year’s Eastern Elite Championships and/or being selected as a Tournament All Star in this year’s Tier 1 Nova Scotia Championships.

Athlete's who weren't Nova Scotia Champioship All Stars or unable to participate in last season's Eastern Elite Championships can still participate in the EDC by going through the Open Tryout process.

The Elite Development Camp is Volleyball Nova Scotia’s most elite training opportunity for indoor athletes.  Athletes will receive 2 training sessions a day on individual conditioning, technical skills, tactical skills, team offensive and defensive systems as well as educational presentations throughout the week. There will be a 2 day competition at the end of the week.  All meals and accommodations are included for the full duration of the event.

The EDC is also used to select the indoor Provincial Teams which will compete at the Eastern Elite Championships hosted in St-Johns NFLD July 29-30. (14U and16 girls, 14U and 16U boys).
